How are the rugs packed?

These fluffy rugs are vacuum packed. The area rug will appear thin, it has creases and the rug fibers don't look fluffy. Due to the restrictions imposed by logistics companies on the size of parcels, these rugs are vacuum packed; they need to be put flat for a week to recover to their original thickness.

How to clean the fuzzy rug?

For the dust, you can just shake off the surface or vacuum clean. It is recommended that you use a vacuum cleaner and hand wash to prolong service life. Preferably not machine washable (may cause delamination).

How to care for fluffy area rugs?

After cleaning, the plush rug is not recommended to be dehydrated, to maintain exterior appearance. When drying, it should be placed in a cool and ventilated place, not in the sun directly. Drying can be accelerated with a hair dryer.

How do I make this rug fluff?

Use a comb or a paddle brush and just brush it out. Or use a hair dryer to fluff the rug.

Step 1. Take the area rug out of the compressed package. Step 2. Lay the fluffy rug upside down on a flat floor. You could also just lay the rug upside down on the floor for 2-3 days and it will recover by itself.

Tips

1. If you notice a smell, please take it out and air it for two days. The smell will dissipate (carpets are stored in closed warehouses after leaving the factory).
2. If you receive some uneven wrinkles, please shake it or leave it naturally for two days to restore it.
