NARVY - Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on narvydecor.com, operated by NARVY, the trading name of Tatiana Ivaschuc, entrepreneur individuel (EI) under the French micro-entreprise regime, registered under SIRET 99932083100012, with its registered address at 6 avenue de la République, 37170 Chambray-lès-Tours, France. NARVY does not manufacture the products it sells; they are made by our manufacturing and supply partners and shipped from their warehouses (see our Shipping Policy).
1. Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings.
2. Prices
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, and standard shipping is free. Possible customs duties are described in our Shipping Policy. NARVY reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price applied is the one confirmed at the time of your order.
3. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability; NARVY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, notably in case of stock shortage, pricing error, or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Right of Return
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. As NARVY does not currently sell to European Union consumers, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed on this store.
7. Warranty
Products are covered against manufacturing defects as described in our Refund Policy. Technical specifications supplied by manufacturers that may appear in a product description do not constitute a separate warranty from NARVY. NARVY is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
8. Liability
NARVY cannot be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence.
