NARVY is a small online business run from France. NARVY is the trading name of Tatiana Ivaschuc, a sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel, micro-entreprise) registered in France under SIRET 99932083100012.
How we work
We do not manufacture the products we sell. We select them from a network of manufacturing and supply partners, and your order is shipped to you directly from our partners' warehouses. The large majority of our products are manufactured in mainland China; where the country of manufacture is known for an item, it is shown in the product details. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Where we deliver
We currently serve customers in the United States only. Standard shipping is free. Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, and delivery usually takes 6 to 21 days after dispatch, depending on the item.
Support
We are here to help before and after your order. You can return items within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy; if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
