Who is NARVY?
NARVY is a small online store run from France: it is the trading name of Tatiana Ivaschuc, a sole proprietor (micro-entreprise) registered in France. See our About Us page and Legal Notice.
Do you make the products yourselves?
No. We select our products from manufacturing and supply partners, and orders ship directly from their warehouses. Most of our products are manufactured in mainland China; where the country of manufacture is known for an item, it is shown in the product details.
How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?
Standard shipping is free. Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, then delivery usually takes 6 to 21 days after dispatch, depending on the item. The estimate shown at checkout is the most accurate for your order. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the United States only.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, NARVY covers the return shipping; for a change-of-mind return, return shipping is at your expense. Some items cannot be returned for a change of mind (for example, items that have been assembled or used). See our Refund Policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Will I pay sales tax or customs duties?
Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Because most of our items ship from outside the United States, customs duties may apply depending on U.S. import regulations — see the "Customs, Duties & Taxes" section of our Shipping Policy.
